With the SVH Mentor in the Hospitality Industry course, you pass on the craftsmanship to new employees. After the course you have a good understanding of the work processes below and you can apply them into practice. Generation Z: A new generation, generation Z, is eager to work in the Hospitality Industry. This generation will work different compared to the current Mentors. This means that you as a Mentor have to change course to keep being interesting for this generation. This will be educated to you by the following subjects: - Handling generation Z - Intrinsic and extrinsic motivation of students - Knowledge, skills and learning processes - Becoming and staying an attractive company: finding, binding, captivating and holding on! The course takes 3 days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. There is a 2-week period between the course days both times. During this time you have to work out a portfolio in your own time

Entrepreneurs, managers and employees who want to become an accredited Mentor in a kitchen, restaurant, reception or company canteen

3. Exam

The SVH exam consists of 3 parts: Portfolio (homework assignment), Guidance & Training (practical exam) and a Theory exam. The SVH Theory exam is a written one and consists of 30 multiple-choice questions
